Abbot Kinney is a place of artists and bold statements. This multi-family building needed a major update to make it a part of the cool Venice vibe.

With young companies like Snapchat moving into the area and Riot games, our client knew that this building needed an overhaul to attract new tenants.

We helped with creating a concept and designed a 3D of the building so the client could get a better vision of the project. LH.Designs also worked on the color concept for the building and designed a new courtyard that would make tenants want to enjoy the area more.

On the exterior we made the numbers of the building stand out with pop-outs and a lime green color that makes this building look like it's now come into the modern era of design.

This building is now a standout in Venice and for potential new tenants.
